Customer Service Kudos: StartupNation Radio

This week on StartupNation we handed out Customer Service Kudos.  Jeff and Dan made live calls to businesses and posed various questions meant to tease out good versus bad customer service techniques.  Was the sales person clear and attentive?  Did they have knowledge of the product?  Did they give information and then try to convert to a sale?

The touchpoint with the customer is probably the most important relationship in your business.  How do you master this relationship and ensure that your partners or employees are not tarnishing your brand when you’re not looking?  We break down the calls we made and talk about what it takes to make your customer service top notch.
