Todd Saxton is associate professor of strategy and entrepreneurship, and M. Kim Saxton is clinical professor of marketing at the IU Kelley School of Business at IUPUI.
The Saxtons are co-authors of “The Titanic Effect: Successfully Navigating the Uncertainties that Sink Most Startups.” Todd and Kim have advised, helped launch and invested in hundreds of startups spanning life sciences, software, sports, consumer products, and services.
Todd serves on several boards, including VisionTech Angel Partners, the largest angel investing group in Indiana, and Diagnotes, a venture-funded health IT firm he and Kim helped found. He co-founded the Indiana Chapter of the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SoPE) in 2018.
Kim serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Advertising Research. She is a member of the advisory board for The Startup Ladies, a community-based organization helping women launch their startups through training and access to investors.
