Andrew D’Souza is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and co-founder of e-commerce-focused FinTech company, Clearbanc. Andrew co-founded Clearbanc in 2015 to give startups a better alternative to equity fundraising, allowing them to raise growth capital for Facebook and Google ads without giving up equity in their companies. Andrew also acts as an advisor for high-growth startups, Wealthsimple and Kik Interactive. He was previously president at Bionym, COO at Top Hat and management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Andrew studied Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
