Formerly, Lauren was a recruiter for Hulu focused on hiring, employer branding, and talent development. She is the author of "POWER MOVES: How Women Can Pivot, Reboot, and Build a Career of Purpose" (Harper Business). She has a Bachelor's in Education from University of Oregon and a Master’s in Communication Management from USC, where she wrote her thesis on millennial women and career resources.
