Over eight years, she's helped product teams solve problems most founders don't see until it's expensive: buried features generating support tickets, confusing onboarding killing activation, and dashboard complexity driving users away. Her work focuses on diagnosing where UX decisions hurt growth and fixing them before they compound. She's also an Awwwards Judge and Toptal top 3% designer.
