As a Vice President and risk advisor, Mike works with clients to design risk management programs specific to their unique risk profiles.  Mike unitizes the Kapnick Risk Assessment process designed to provide a comprehensive review of exposures and how best to address them. Prior to his insurance career, Mike owned and operated his own small business and understands his clients’ specific needs as he has experience sitting on their side of the table and he previously faced many of the same challenges that they face. Rama Gupta is an Client Executive and Cannabis Business Advisor in the Food & Agribusiness Practice Group at Kapnick

Rama thrives on finding gaps in our clients’ coverages and crafting solutions to fill them. He believes that “people don’t know what they don’t know,” and feels as though he is doing them a disservice by not showing them what they are missing out on. In his role as Client Executive, Rama brings value to his clients by making sure they have the right coverage and they are not over spending. Russ Richards is Vice President, and practice leader of the Real Estate Practice Group at Kapnick

As a Vice President and Real Estate Practice Leader, Russ focuses on the sales, service, placement, and tailoring of programs specifically for our Real Estate clients. He works hard to thoroughly understand his clients’ unique business and develop insurance programs specifically fitted for their needs and long-term goals. In order to effectively do that, he works very closely with our carrier partner’s underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverages.
