In October of 2004, Tryg and Vanessa worked together in a restaurant. Unfortunately, Vanessa was unable to eat anything that Tryg had prepared. It was at that point that they had their epiphany. Tryg set out to create the foods that Vanessa loved, but prepared gluten-free. As they say, “It was love at first bite.”
