Super Startups

This weekend StartupNation Radio checks in with a fresh round of Super Startups. From StartupNation’s December 21, 2013 show, Jeff and Dan check in with Natalia Petraszczuk, co-founder of Visionboards.co, on the status of her startup since we had her on the program.

Following the update, Jeff and Dan bring on three different entrepreneurs with exciting companies at different stages of success. First, they talk to Katie Mann, Co-founder and CEO of 4th Wall Theatre Company, a for-profit theatre company for those with special needs that has grown to service over 1,100 students since being founded in 2012.

Next, is Chloe Alpert, co-founder of Teaman and Company, a bespoke online jewelry company based in San Francisco that just got accepted into the 500 Startups Accelerator. From their website:

“Teaman and Company brings the experience of purchasing extraordinary, unique jewelry and gemstones to the world. Founded in London but based in San Francisco, Teaman brings decades worth of industry experience to the curation of talented artisans from around the world. Our GIA certified gemologists source each gemstone, carefully verifying their provenance. Whoever you are, wherever you are, Teaman will bring you something remarkable.”

Finally, Stephen Johnson, founder and owner of Motor City Brew Tours will talk about how he achieved success in creating a tour service to the many different watering holes across metro Detroit.
