StartupNation: What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
Jerry: Being your own boss and knowing that your decisions are critical to the success of the business.

StartupNation: To what do you attribute your success as an entrepreneur and business owner?
Jerry: Willingness to work hard and keep at it even if at first things are not working well.

StartupNation: What ignited the spark in you to start/select your particular business as an entrepreneur?
Jerry: My wife’s suggestion that I market my photography.

StartupNation: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Jerry: Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Jerry: Don’t be shy – if you won’t toot your own horn, who will?

Changes in the Business Market

StartupNation: What changes have you seen in your business market since starting?
Jerry: Fewer people are sending cards, so it is harder to keep the business growing.

StartupNation: What do you see coming that will impact your business?
Jerry: Too many people relying on electronic communication.
