I recently spent an hour on the line with Michael Port, author of Book Yourself Solid and more recently Beyond Booked Solid, as well as Howard Behar, former president of Starbucks who recently published, It’s Not About the Coffee.

I hope that many of you attended the call live.

Some great points were made, but I was particularly thrilled that both Howard and Michael completely supported the StartupNation wisdom that Life Planning is a crucial activity in order to truly create a dream business.

We also touched on the concept of “psychic income,” which is, I argued, a very legitimate reason why we start and perpetuate our businesses as entrepreneurs.
