Pimped Out Search Functionality

Latest posts by Joel Welsh (see all)

The rockin’ great web team here at StartUpNation  has done it again. This time they’ve made the Search Functionality on StartupNation.com something to be proud of. You can search major sections of the site: Content, Blogs, Forums, Members, Marketplace. And an Advanced Search will help you fine tune the results
even more.

For example, this morning I received a private message from a StartupNation community member wondering how he can make his forum post signature a live link. I encouraged him to do a quick search in the forums for the answer as I know that the community has tackled this issue already.

I took my own advice and did the search myself and came up with these results. I was even impressed!

Google has raised the bar for everyone on the internet to create a search experience that meets expectations.
Viva la capitalistic competition!
