Work can be fun! How many times have you tried to get people enthusiastic about their job? We are in the midst of moving from a small office to a much larger space. In this new space the management team will have small offices. Each member was asked to choose a theme for their office based on their childhood hero. We are going to paint one color wall in each office based upon their hero and then add posters and themed trinkits to the office(i.e. James Bond, Speedracer, The Hulk etc.). Every member of the team is extremely enthusiastic about “telling” their story through these images. This has been one of the most positive personalizations of the work environment that I have ever been involved in. If you’ve tried something like this please share.
