It’s been a long few weeks … Let’s recap:
Wk of Oct 8 – Business travel, home very late Friday night, up first thing Sat am for UNC/USC game
(6 hr round trip drive)
Wk of Oct 15 – In town until Wed. Thursday – Sunday in Los Angeles for the West Coast Franchise Expo.
Back Sunday night.
Wk of Oct 22 – Back to the office. Expo follow up. Getting over jetlag. (Only to know I’m back on a plane next Monday)
So this afternoon I took a little time for myself … I even branded it: "The Afternoon of Jack" As I sit here watching a movie with my wife, it’s interesting to reflect and know that franchising made it all happen (except dinner).
1) Dry cleaning dropped off at 800DryClean
2) Haircut at Supercuts
3) Massage at Massage Envy
4) Dinner at Sushi 101 (non-franchise)
Even when I’m not working … I am!
